BTEX Control Systems

Titan’s BTEX Control Systems is a heat exchanger condensing system that captures and recycles benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene and xylene (BTEX) and other volatile organic compounds (VOCs) from the regenerator still column of a Glycol Dehydration Unit.

Condensate Stabilizer

Safely stabilize condensates by reducing Reid Vapor Pressure (RVP) to 10 or less and efficiently capture valuable Natural Gas Liquids (NGL) in wellstreams with Titan’s Condensate Stabilizer.

Filter Separator

Designed to remove particles from gas streams that are too small for standard separators to remove, Titan’s Filter Separator uses a filter element to eliminate particles such as dust and lube oil. By doing so, it protects downstream dehydration and compression equipment.

Fuel Gas Skid

Designed to pre-treat natural gas prior to injecting into a critical process, Titan’s Fuel Gas Skid reduces the Btu content of the gas stream by removing free liquids through the Joule-Thomson effect.

Gas Scrubber

Titan’s Gas Scrubber is designed to handle applications where the gas stream has a high gas-to-liquid ratio as can exists following initial processing via standard production separator or in environments with low liquid content in the gas stream.

Glycol Dehydrator

Titan’s Glycol Dehydration Unit is a reliable and efficient solution for removing water from natural gas streams to produce high quality gas.

JT (Joule-Thomson) Assembly

Titan’s Joule-Thomson Assembly uses pressure drop to cool the gas stream and cause natural gas liquids (NGLs) to fall out of the gas stream. If not effectively reduced, these NGLs make the produced natural gas undesirable to pipeline transportation.

Reverse Flow Gas Coalescer

A proven way to remove liquid contaminants and particles greater than 0.3 microns from the natural gas stream, Titan’s Reverse Flow Gas Coalescer uses inside to outside elements to cause larger liquid droplets to form.

Slug Catcher

Titan’s Slug Catcher protects the gathering or central processing facility from large volume of liquids that may occur during a pigging operation.

Thermal Oxidizer

Air pollution control is a legal EPA mandate. For systems that require maximum destruction efficiency of BTEX and VOCs, Titan’s Thermal Oxidizer is the right solution.

Vent Scrubber

Titan’s Vent Scrubber is a two-phase separator that scrubs free liquids from your vent gas stream prior to entering the relief and blow-down lines in your flare system, enabling your operation to run safer and cleaner.
