PEQ PLANT — ALLEYTON, TX

Titan’s manufacturing facilities are based out of Texas and serve all North American regions including wind and solar hydrogen plants, sulfur recovery/recycle, carbon capture and hydrocarbon shale basins. Our capabilities include the following:

  • Full in house engineering staff including process sizing, mechanical engineering and CAD drafting design.

  • Vertically integrated manufacturing facilities capable of converting raw carbon and stainless materials into finished products

  • 365,000 sqft enclosed manufacturing floorspace and over 50 acres of storage space

  • ASME Section 8 U and R stamp code vessel manufacturing up to 50 ton weight capacity, includes in house plate processing, rolling, robotic welding, heat treatment, NDE, blast and paint.

  • Certified in all ASME piping codes such as B31.3 and B31.8 including in house quality control.

TCE PLANT — COLUMBUS, TX

With the energy process equipment market dealing with a lack of professional manufacturing capacity, many customers are left with long lead times, product quality issues and limited engineering support. Titan was created to solve this issue and create a new standard. With highly modularized configurable facilities, our massive vertically integrated 365,000 square-foot Columbus, Texas production facilities are the largest of their kind. ASME code certified, they feature a fit-for-purpose layout designed for high-volume, complex manufacturing. As a result, we can manufacture, and deliver, a wide range of high quality process equipment products, on time to customers.
