Titan Delivers More Than Massive Equipment — On-Spec, On-Time and Safely
Titan recently completed one of its most significant project successes, delivering more than massive equipment to a major client while meeting demanding project requirements on-spec, on-time, and safely.
This project represents months of planning, engineering, coordination, problem-solving and teamwork across the entire Titan organization.
A Project More Than a Year in the Making
Titan began supporting the client's planning team approximately 15–18 months before the formal RFQ was issued, providing budgetary equipment sizing and pricing for multiple operating conditions.
As the project developed, equipment designs, operating conditions and pricing went through numerous revisions. Once the final design conditions were established, Titan provided a firm-priced quotation for the equipment package.
The engineering process continued throughout the project, with Titan working alongside our client, our client’s engineers, and multiple internal and third-party engineering teams. Additional modifications were incorporated following the project's HAZOP (Hazard and Operability) study, addressing operating and safety considerations while the project was still in the design phase.
Through every change, Titan remained focused on delivering the right equipment safely, efficiently and to the client's final requirements.
Three of Titan's Largest Regeneration Packages
The project included three 6 MM BTU Dehydration packages with 90-inch towers, representing the largest regeneration units currently offered in Titan's lineup.
The packages feature forced draft burners and include the largest Profire control panel Titan has built to date.
Titan's instrumentation team invested significant time troubleshooting, testing and fine-tuning the system to ensure reliable performance. Their attention to detail and persistence helped turn a complex challenge into a successful result.
